How to Fold a Hakama

At the end of aikido and kendo classes, it's common to fold the hakama. There are many different ways of doing this. The footage below shows a technique caught on film some time ago in southern Japan. They don't teach "visitors" this method, so you won't see it being done like this anywhere in the West.
